Download the texture pack file
Make sure the file is compatible with your Minecraft version
Open Minecraft
Go to Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the texture pack file into the folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the texture pack from the Available list
Move it to the Selected list
Click Done
Wait for the pack to load
Start playing Minecraft
