How To Add Zoom To Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the Microsoft AppSource or Outlook Add-ins store

Search for Zoom for Outlook

Select the Zoom add-in

Click Add or Get It Now

Sign in to your Microsoft account if prompted

Follow the prompts to finish installation

Open Outlook calendar or email

Click the Zoom add-in button

Sign in to your Zoom account if prompted

Grant the required permissions

Create or edit a meeting and add Zoom details

Save the event or email

If needed, install the Zoom Outlook plugin from the Zoom Download Center

Restart Outlook after installation if required
