Log in to HDFC Bank NetBanking or the HDFC MobileBanking app
Go to the Cards section
Select Debit Card Services
Choose Apply for Debit Card or Request New Debit Card
Select the account linked to the debit card
Pick the debit card variant if options are available
Confirm your delivery address and contact details
Review the charges, if any
Submit the request using OTP or other verification method
Note the request/reference number
Track the card status in the Cards section or through customer support
