Locate and mark the wall studs
Set a level reference line for cabinet height
Remove cabinet doors and shelves if needed
Position the first cabinet on the wall
Shim the cabinet until it is level and plumb
Clamp adjacent cabinets together
Drill pilot holes through the cabinet back into studs
Drive cabinet screws into the studs
Check level and alignment after each cabinet
Attach remaining cabinets in the same way
Fasten cabinets together through the face frames or sides
Reinstall doors and shelves
Install trim, fillers, and hardware
