Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment
Place the brats on the baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
Flip the brats halfway through baking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F for pork brats or 165°F for poultry brats
Remove from the oven
Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
