Let the dough rest at room temperature until relaxed
Lightly flour your work surface and dough
Press the dough into a flat disk with your fingertips
Start from the center and push outward
Turn the dough a quarter turn as you work
Lift and rotate the dough to keep it from sticking
Use a rolling pin if needed, rolling from the center outward
Keep the dough evenly thick
Stop when the dough reaches the desired size
Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet
Adjust the edges by hand if needed
