How to Bake Mahi Mahi?

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry

Place the fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet or in a baking dish

Brush or drizzle the fish with olive oil or melted butter

Season with salt and pepper

Add optional seasonings such as garlic, paprika, lemon juice, or herbs

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness

Check for doneness when the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internally

Remove from the oven and serve immediately
