Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet
Brush or drizzle the fillets with olive oil or melted butter
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Add lemon juice or lemon slices if desired
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Remove from the oven and serve immediately
