Complete the FAFSA each year
Show financial need based on FAFSA results
Meet federal student aid academic progress standards
Not be in default on a federal student loan
Not owe a refund on a federal grant
Not be incarcerated in a federal or state penal institution
Use Pell Grant funds only for eligible education expenses
