How To Bleed A Clutch?

Gather the correct brake fluid, a wrench, a clear hose, and a catch bottle

Locate the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw

Fill the clutch master cylinder reservoir to the proper level

Attach the clear hose to the bleeder screw and place the other end in the catch bottle

Have an assistant press the clutch pedal slowly and hold it down

Loosen the bleeder screw to let fluid and air escape

Tighten the bleeder screw before the pedal is released

Repeat the press-hold-loosen-tighten cycle until no air bubbles appear

Keep the reservoir topped off during the process

Check the pedal feel and fluid level when finished

Inspect for leaks at the master cylinder, line, and slave cylinder
