Open the mail app or email service
Select the sender or message you want to block
Open the message options or settings menu
Choose Block sender or Block contact
Confirm the block action
Add the sender to your spam or blocked list if available
Set up filters to automatically move similar mail to spam or trash
Mark unwanted messages as spam
Unsubscribe from mailing lists if the mail is promotional
Check blocked sender settings to manage or remove blocked addresses later
