How To Boil Edamame?

Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil

Add salt to the water if desired

Add edamame to the boiling water

Boil for 3 to 5 minutes for fresh edamame

Boil for 5 to 7 minutes for frozen edamame

Drain the edamame in a colander

Rinse with cold water if you want to stop the cooking

Sprinkle with salt before serving
