If you want to disable or reset it legitimately, use the built-in powerwash/reset options.
If you want to remove your data, sign out, back up files, and factory reset the device.
If the Chromebook is malfunctioning, try a restart, update, or recovery mode.
If you need to dispose of it, wipe the device and follow local e-waste recycling rules.
