Open Chrome and go to `youtube.com`
Click the three-dot menu in Chrome
Select `Settings`
Go to `Privacy and security`
Open `Site settings`
Select `Additional content settings`
Choose `On-device site data` or `Pop-ups and redirects` as needed
Use a site blocker extension from the Chrome Web Store
Install the extension and add `youtube.com` to the blocked sites list
Use Google Family Link to restrict YouTube on the Chromebook
Sign in with a supervised account and set content restrictions
Block YouTube through your router or DNS settings
Add `youtube.com` and `www.youtube.com` to the blocked domain list
Use Chrome’s managed settings if the Chromebook is school- or work-managed
Ask the administrator to block YouTube through device policies
