Find two adult axolotls
Catch them in water using buckets
Place both axolotls in the same water area
Hold a tropical fish bucket
Feed each axolotl a tropical fish bucket
Wait for hearts to appear
A baby axolotl will spawn
Repeat after the breeding cooldown ends
