Find a bamboo jungle biome
Locate at least two pandas
Make sure there are at least 8 bamboo blocks within 5 blocks of each panda
Hold bamboo in your hand
Feed bamboo to one panda
Feed bamboo to the other panda
Wait for heart particles
Let the pandas enter love mode
A baby panda will spawn
