Example: $52,000 ÷ 2,080 = $25 per hour
If you work fewer or more hours, adjust the yearly hours accordingly
For part-time work, multiply weekly hours by 52, then divide the salary by that total
For salaried jobs with unpaid time off, subtract unpaid hours from the annual total before dividing
