Call Ambetter Member Services using the phone number on your member ID card
Ask to cancel your Ambetter health insurance policy
Provide your member ID, full name, date of birth, and address
Confirm the effective cancellation date
Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation
If you bought the plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace, log in to your Marketplace account and end coverage there
If you enrolled through a broker or agent, contact them to request cancellation
If you are canceling because you got new coverage, have the new policy start date ready
Return or stop any automatic premium payments
Keep a copy of all cancellation records and confirmation documents
