Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your profile icon
Tap Subscriptions
Choose the subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ on a computer or mobile browser
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find the subscription in the list of purchases
Select it and submit a request to cancel (if available)
Contact Apple Support if you can’t find the subscription or the Cancel option isn’t shown
Provide your Apple ID details and the subscription name
