Open the Find My app
Tap Me
Turn off Share My Location if needed
Go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Find My
Tap Find My iPhone
Turn off Find My iPhone
Enter your Apple ID password
Turn off Send Last Location if desired
If using Family Sharing, remove the device or stop sharing location
If needed, sign out of Apple ID to fully disable Find My on the device
