Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services
Find the subscription you want to cancel
Select Manage
Select Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
If prompted, choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation
If you do not see the subscription, make sure you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account
If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google, or your mobile carrier, cancel it through that provider instead
