Sign in to your account
Go to your order history or current orders
Find the order you want to cancel
Check the order status
If the order is still pending, look for a cancel option
If no cancel option is available, call the store immediately
Provide your order number and request cancellation
If the order is already being prepared or out for delivery, ask the store if cancellation is still possible
If the store cannot cancel it, contact Papa John’s customer support
Review your payment method for any refund status if applicable
