Select the order you want to cancel
Check the order status
If the order has not been prepared or sent out, look for a cancel option
Tap or click Cancel Order
Confirm the cancellation if prompted
If there is no cancel option, contact the store directly right away
If needed, call Papa Johns customer support for help
