Open Snapchat
Swipe to the Camera screen
Tap the filter or lens you want to use
If it is a lens, tap and hold the capture button or follow the on-screen prompt
Tap the Save button if available
If no Save button appears, take a Snap using the filter
Tap the Download icon on the preview screen
Save the Snap to Memories or Camera Roll
To save a custom lens, tap the lens name or info icon
Tap Add to Favorites or Save to My Lenses if available
To save a filter for later, keep it in My Lenses or Favorites
Open Memories to access saved Snaps with filters applied
Open Camera Roll to view saved images or videos with filters applied
