Log in to the EPFO member portal
Go to the Online Services section
Open Track Claim Status
Check whether the claim is still pending
If the claim is pending, contact the EPFO grievance portal or your regional EPFO office immediately
If the claim is under employer verification, ask your employer to reject or not approve it
If the claim has already been approved or settled, it cannot usually be canceled online
Visit the nearest EPFO office with your UAN, Aadhaar, and claim reference number
Submit a written request to withdraw or cancel the claim
Follow up with EPFO for status updates
