Sign in to your TotalAV account
Go to the billing or subscription settings
Find your active subscription
Select the cancel or auto-renew option
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation email
If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in Apple ID subscriptions
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in Google Play subscriptions
If you subscribed through a third-party payment provider, cancel through that provider
Contact TotalAV support if you cannot cancel in your account
Save any confirmation or reference number
