Press Shift + Command + 3 to capture the entire screen
Press Shift + Command + 4 to capture a selected area
Press Shift + Command + 4, then press Spacebar to capture a specific window
Press Shift + Command + 5 to open the screenshot toolbar
Use the screenshot toolbar to capture the entire screen, selected window, or selected portion
Hold Control while taking a screenshot to copy it to the clipboard instead of saving it
Find saved screenshots on the desktop by default
Use Preview app and choose File > Take Screenshot for more options
