Open OBS
Add a new source
Choose Display Capture if you want both eyes from the full screen
Choose Game Capture if the content is in a game or app
Choose Window Capture if the content is in a single window
Select the correct monitor or window that shows both eyes
Resize and position the source in the preview
Use Alt-drag to crop if needed
Check that both eye views are visible in the canvas
Start recording or streaming
If using a VR headset, mirror the headset display to your monitor first
Capture the mirrored VR window or display in OBS
If the eyes are split across two separate windows, capture both sources and place them side by side in a scene
Use a Scene Source or Group if you need to combine multiple captures
Verify audio and video before going live
