Select the source in the Sources box
Hold Alt and drag the source edges inward
On Mac, hold Option and drag the source edges inward
Right-click the source
Click Transform
Click Edit Transform
Adjust Crop values for Left, Right, Top, and Bottom
Click Close when finished
