Select the column cells you want to convert
Copy the selected cells
Click the cell where you want the row to start
Right-click the destination cell
Choose Paste Special
Select Transpose
Click OK
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+Alt+V, then T, then Enter to transpose
If needed, use Paste Special values after transposing to keep only the data
