Right-click the clock on the taskbar
Select Adjust date/time
Turn off Set time automatically if it is on
Click Change under Set the date and time manually
Set the correct date and time
Click Change to save
To change the time zone, open the Time zone drop-down and select the correct one
If needed, turn on Set time automatically again after updating the settings
