Open the Facebook app or website
Go to your profile
Click or tap your current profile picture or cover photo
Select Edit Photo or Change Photo
Choose Upload Photo, Select Photo, or Take Photo
Pick the new image from your device
Adjust the image position or crop if needed
Click or tap Save or Done
