Open the Instagram app
Tap your profile picture in the bottom right
Tap Edit Profile
Tap Change photo or avatar
Choose New profile photo
Select a photo from your gallery or take a new one
Adjust the photo if needed
Tap Done or Save
Your Instagram DP will be updated
