Right-click the app icon on the desktop
Select Delete or Remove
If prompted, confirm the action
If it is a shortcut, deleting it removes only the desktop icon, not the app
To uninstall the app, open Settings
Go to Apps
Select Installed apps or Apps & features
Find the app
Click Uninstall
Confirm the uninstall
On Mac, drag the app icon to the Trash
Empty the Trash if needed
