Open the app you want to share from
Join or start the meeting or call
Look for the Share Screen, Share, or Present button
Click the button
Select the screen, window, or tab you want to share
Click Share or Start Sharing
Choose whether to share the entire screen or only one app window
Allow any permission prompts if they appear
To stop sharing, click Stop Sharing or End Share
