Click the Apple menu
Select System Settings
Click General
Click Language & Region
Click the Add Language button
Select the language you want
Choose whether to use it as the primary language
Restart your Mac if prompted
To change keyboard input language, go to System Settings
Click Keyboard
Click Input Sources
Add the desired keyboard language
Use the menu bar input icon to switch languages
