Download the font file on your MacBook
Unzip the file if it is compressed
Double-click the font file
Click Install Font in Font Book
Open Font Book from Applications if needed
Drag the font file into Font Book if double-clicking does not work
Wait for the font to install
Restart the app you want to use the font in
Check the font list in the app
Remove the font from Font Book if you want to uninstall it
