Select the text you want to change
Go to the Home tab
Click the Line and Paragraph Spacing button
Choose the spacing you want
For more options, click Line Spacing Options
Adjust Before and After spacing if needed
Click OK to apply
To change the whole document, press Ctrl+A first
On Mac, use Command+A first
