Go to https://minecraft.net/
Sign in with your Minecraft account
Open your Profile page
Select the Skin section
Upload a new skin image (PNG) or choose an existing one
Ensure the skin format is correct (PNG, 64×64 or 64×32; standard skins use 64×64)
Save/confirm the skin change
Launch Minecraft and select the updated skin (if prompted)
