Open Settings
Select Accessibility or Ease of Access
Click Mouse pointer and touch or Mouse pointer
Choose a pointer color or size
Apply the changes
Open Control Panel
Select Mouse
Go to the Pointers tab
Choose a pointer scheme
Click Apply
Click OK
Open System Settings
Select Mouse or Trackpad
Change the pointer appearance if available
Save the changes
