Sign in to your T-Mobile account on the T-Mobile app or website
Go to Account or Profile settings
Select the line you want to change
Choose Change Number or Change Phone Number
Follow the prompts to pick a new number
Confirm the change and save
Restart your phone if prompted
Contact T-Mobile customer support or visit a T-Mobile store if the option is not available online
