Open Facebook and go to your Page
Click Settings or Page settings
Select Page info or Edit Page info
Click Name
Enter the new Page name
Review the Facebook Page name guidelines
Click Save changes or Request change
Wait for Facebook to review and approve the request
Check your notifications for the status update
