Visit the UIDAI website or Aadhaar Seva Kendra
Fill out the Aadhaar Update/Correction form
Select the name update option
Enter your new name exactly as it should appear after marriage
Attach a valid supporting document showing your new name, such as:
Marriage certificate
Passport
Gazette notification
Spouse’s passport with your name endorsed
Submit the form and documents
Provide biometric verification if required
Pay the applicable update fee
Collect the update request number for tracking
Wait for the update to be processed
Download the updated Aadhaar card from the UIDAI website after approval
