Open Snapchat and tap your Bitmoji or profile icon in the top-left corner
Tap your profile picture or Bitmoji
Tap the settings or edit option if available
Select the option to change or edit your profile picture
Choose a new photo from your camera roll or take a new one
Adjust the image if needed
Save the changes
If you use Bitmoji, update your Bitmoji avatar instead of a regular profile photo
