Open the TikTok app
Tap Profile in the bottom right
Tap Edit profile
Tap Change photo or Change video
Choose Take photo, Select from gallery, or Use video
Select or capture the image or video you want
Adjust the crop if needed
Tap Save or Confirm
Wait for the profile picture to update
