Open Microsoft Teams
Join or start a meeting
Before joining, turn on your camera preview
Select Background filters or Effects
Choose a background from the available options
Select Add new to upload a custom background
Click Apply or Join now
To change it during a meeting, open More actions
Select Apply background effects
Choose a new background
Click Apply
To remove the background, select None
Click Apply
