Open Microsoft Teams and go to the chat, channel, or meeting where you want the poll
Select the message box or meeting chat compose area
Click the Apps icon or the Forms icon
Choose Polls or Microsoft Forms
Enter your poll question
Add answer choices
Set options such as multiple answers or anonymous responses if needed
Click Send or Save and Send
Review responses in the poll card or Forms results tab
