Power off the device
Remove the back cover or SIM tray
Take out the old SIM card
Insert the new SIM card in the correct orientation
Reinsert the SIM tray or replace the back cover
Power on the device
Check for network signal
Enter the SIM PIN if prompted
Test calls, texts, and mobile data
