Open the smartwatch settings
Tap Date & Time or Time settings
Turn off automatic time sync if enabled
Select Set Time or Manual time
Adjust the hour and minute
Choose AM or PM if needed
Save the changes
Sync the smartwatch with the phone if required
Check that the time is updated correctly
