Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile
Install the watch’s companion app on the mobile
Open the companion app
Create or sign in to your account if required
Select Add device or Pair new watch
Keep the watch and mobile close together
Follow the on-screen pairing instructions
Confirm the pairing code on both devices if shown
Allow requested permissions on the mobile
Wait for the watch to finish syncing
Update the watch software if prompted
Check that notifications and health features are enabled
